A 4-phase plan for deploying Email and SMS ingestion systems globally.
(Email & SMS Ingestion)
(Across 4 Regions)
(Foundation to Optimization)
The international deployment centers on two primary data-ingestion workflows. Both are designed to capture prospect requests forwarded by the user, parse the data, create an estimate, and allow the user to send the prepared estimate back to the original prospect.
The initial deployment phase will target five of the eight countries. These markets (Canada, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand) share similar legal frameworks and high English-language adoption, reducing initial localization and compliance friction.
A qualitative assessment highlights the difference in complexity between Core and Expansion markets. Expansion markets (Singapore, Dubai, Saudi Arabia) require significantly more effort regarding SMS regulations and legal framework navigation.
This chart visualizes the planned deployment status for both Email and SMS systems across all target countries. Phase 1 focuses on 100% Email readiness and 75% SMS readiness (pending carrier specifics) for Core Markets. Expansion markets will follow in Phases 2 & 3, with SMS deployment being the most complex.
The international expansion will proceed through four distinct phases, from foundational deployment to long-term optimization and compliance monitoring.
Deploy Email & SMS to Core Markets (CA, UK, IE, AU, NZ). Establish initial compliance and support infrastructure.
Roll out stable Email system to Expansion Markets (SG, AE, SA). Conduct in-depth legal and data privacy reviews for each.
Navigate complex SMS regulations to deploy Twilio functionality in Expansion Markets. Finalize carrier approvals in Core Markets.
Full operational status. Focus shifts to monitoring, performance optimization, and ongoing compliance management for all 8 countries.
